Accenture has launched the Accenture Innovation Centre for HP in order to help clients apply joint Accenture and HP technology solutions to specific industry and business process challenges in the areas of cloud, security and analytics.

The move is part of Accenture’s Global Delivery Network, with the centre providing clients with virtual access to development and demonstration environments. The access will be to current releases of HP software and hardware.

By using day-in-the-life scenarios to illustrate innovative concepts and approaches, clients will be able to learn how to apply IT solutions to business requirements.

Additionally, host workshops will be provided to help clients gain a deeper understanding of how technology can be applied to address business requirements.

Jim Hayes, managing director of global alliances at Accenture, said: "The new Accenture Innovation Center for HP helps us demonstrate the art of the possible by incorporating people, process, technology and business strategy to provide our clients with a hands-on opportunity to experience innovative solutions."

"Accenture has worked with HP for more than 20 years and we are pleased to launch this innovation center in order to demonstrate to our clients how we convert leading practices and emerging technologies into business outcomes."

Sue Barsamian, worldwide senior vice president and general manager for Enterprise Group Indirect Sales at HP, said: "We are proud to team with Accenture in the development of new, innovative solutions to help meet the requirements of our enterprise customers."

"The launch of the Accenture Innovation Centre for HP shows Accenture’s commitment in working with HP to transform our joint customers’ business through the New Style of IT, and can create value for our customers."

The Accenture Innovation Centre for HP will provide a base for clients to work with solution architects, technology specialists and developers to bring innovations to life.
