DecisionPoint Systems said that Agilis Systems has named it as a preferred provider of its set of mobile applications to those end customers running on the T-Mobile wireless network.
The company said it will offer one-stop shopping capability to those end customers who wish to run Agilis’ core software on the T-Mobile wireless network, through its MobileArc program.
Agilis’ core software offerings include GPS tracking of people and assets, automated mobile forms, mobile work order management, mobile time card, secure and free messaging. It also provides the ability to integrate with existing back office software systems to allow customers streamline their operations
DecisionPoint said that its MobileArc program is designed to optimise mobile workforce automation projects by combining hardware, software, carrier activations and professional services in one offering.
Under MobileArc, the company said that it will offer Agilis’ software to customers using the T-Mobile wireless network on a number of platforms certified by T-Mobile including those from Motorola, RIM, HTC, Intermec, and Opticon as well as other netbooks and laptops.
