The Spanish bank will utilize the Staffware Process Suite, a process management platform, to streamline its business processes related to its activities as a member of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) and as a National Central Bank.
The software will also be deployed to supervise the solvency and compliance of credit entities and other financial markets in Spain.
Carlos Sainz, head of new technologies division of Banco de Espana, said the suite will progressively eliminate manual business processes while improving employee productivity and reducing both the time and execution costs of critical business processes.
