SIP telephony software provider Brekeke Software has released the new version of its SIP server, Brekeke SIP Server v3.
The new server include IPv6 support, which allows deployment of the SIP server with IPv6, or a combination of IPv4 and Ipv6.
It also features TLS support, which provides the ability to create a secure SIP communication system.
Compared to SIP Server v2, the new server offers an enhanced product performance and a clean administrative product interface, while providing a smooth upgrade transition.
Brekeke SIP Server v3 is available in two editions: Standard and Advanced. The Standard Edition provides the basic features of SIP server.
TheAdvanced Edition is designed for high-performance requirements and includes features that are needed for providing such SIP services as TLS support, failover, Radius support, administrative alert notification and much more.
Brekeke CTO Shinichi Mitsumata said, "By combining TLS and improved Dial Plan settings, providers can now tremendously improve the security of their SIP services."
