IT services company Atos and information and communications technology (ICT) services provider Huawei have formed a partnership to address the global telecom market.
The companies together offer applications and services for operators to enhance or replace their legacy IT landscape with a NGBSS or want to invest in a Mobile Virtual Network Enabling (MVNE) platform for their wholesale business.
Huawei offers software and hardware applications and also Next Generation BSS applications.
The products and services from Huawei will enable Atos to help customers bring them the latest technology that will help to reduce time to market, bringing new services and reducing operational costs.
These would be helpful to customers wanting to enhance their operations, service offerings or wanting to expand their regional or global business to rely on the joint global presence for integrated end-to-end services, Atos said.
The new applications and services can range from online charging, billing, CRM to consulting and managed services, including outsourcing.
