Midisoft Corp and Media Vision Inc have signed a worldwide licence and technology agreement under which Media Vision will include at least one of Midisoft’s multimedia audio programs in each of its personal computer sound board and multimedia upgrade products that include third-party command and control software; Media Vision will distribute the software with its audio-capable hardware versions of Midisoft products localised for German, French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish speaking countries; the two will also work together on a new personal computer audio technology for the consumer market; Midisoft will develop software that supports Media Vision’s Wave Guide, a new audio computer chip technology.
