Magic Software Enterprises (UK), a provider of cloud and on-premise enabled application platform and business integration offerings, is offering a new mobile development and integration package for systems integrators and users of enterprise ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle JD Edwards.

The company said that by combining its uniPaaS application platform and iBOLT integration suite, ERP users can cost-effectively build, deploy and integrate an ERP-based mobile enterprise application to run on Windows Mobile devices. The offering allows ERP data to be integrated on the device or on the back-end system.

Magic Software said that mobilising ERP data with uniPaaS and iBOLT enables faster mobile application development using a single tool and fewer resources. It has the ability to composite applications at the client-end; and allows to present information from multiple application sources.

David Akka, managing director, UK, Eire & Nordic at Magic Software, said: "The mobile package for ERP is the most efficient and flexible method for porting heavy ERP system data to mobile devices while adding value to that data.

"Not only are you creating a rich mobile front-end application with fewer resources using the uniPaaS cloud-enabled application platform, but the use of the iBOLT integration suite, which is SAP and Oracle JD Edwards certified, allows users to extend and composite the ERP data with other data without re-working the existing business logic."
