Intalio, an enterprise cloud company, said that it is partnering with MphasiS, an application services, remote infrastructure services, and business processing outsourcing (BPO) services provider, to offer Intalio|Works BPMS offerings worldwide. MphasiS will be a platinum partner of Intalio, providing Intalio|Works BPMS related systems integration and other services.
MphasiS currently provides business process management based offerings. The current partnership, along with MphasiS’ recent acquisition of AIG SS, is expected to further strengthen the company’s presence in the BPM space.
Intalio said that the partnership will help two companies leverage each other’s capabilities in BPM to help enterprises streamline their business processes and realise increased transparency, improved customer satisfaction and faster time-to-market.
The Intalio|Works BPMS supports entire process lifecycle from initial modelling, through execution, monitoring and optimisation, and is deployed on any standard J2EE platform, Intalio said.
According to Intalio, both the companies have two types of service offerings to enable deployment of Intalio|Works BPMS, such as consulting services including best practices and methodologies, solution accelerators, and business process improvement recommendations; and professional services including proofs-of-concept of Intalio|Works BPMS, greenfield implementations and customisation, and application maintenance and support.
