Seattle-based Ballard Computer Inc has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Computer Stores Northwest of Corvallis, Oregon , merging the two companies’ operations into the largest retailer of computer hardware and software in the Pacific Northwest; financial terms were not disclosed.
