Aldus Corp has signed a letter of intent to acquire privately-held Silicon Beach Software Inc of San Diego in an exchange of shares. It says that the addition will broaden its Macintosh-based product line and bring new outlets for Silicon Beach’s products – SuperPaint, SuperCard, Personal Press, Super 3-D and Digital Darkroom. No terms.
