Application integration company Constellar Corp says it will use a new $18m round of funding from US Trust, RRE Investors LLC, JK&B Capital and Boston Millennia Partners for licensing technology, acquisitions and expanding its sales and marketing operation. The company’s market value is now in excess of $100m. Constellar has raised $30m in private funding. It raised $3m in 1996 and $7m in 1997 from venture firms.
