Unified communications firm Zultys has introduced its Flex Communicator that integrates Customer Relationship Management (CRM)and Business Applications with the Zultys Business Phone System to improve efficiency and service.
Flex Communicator allows integration between 3rd party business applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the Zultys MX Unified Communications system to generate screen pops and performing look-ups when an incoming call is received.
Zultys Flex Communicator will enable a call centre agents to have the caller’s contact record and account information on their screen before they answer the call, allowing them to offer enhanced customer service.
After receiving a call, the new release executes the configured application or launches a web URL, with a search for the Caller Number and/or Name.
This provides flexibility to integrate with both installed programmes and browser based applications or to perform a query via a search engine, social network, or any other website.
