Terremark, a unit of Verizon has increased its cloud infrastructure capacity by deploying a node of its Enterprise Cloud Managed Edition at its data centre in London, enhancing its cloud infrastructure in Europe.
Additional capacity will enable London data centre to join its network of data centres across Europe that serve as the foundation for the secure services Terremark offers to its multinational customer base.
The London data centre provides a physical infrastructure that helps Terremark meet the advanced cloud computing, security and IT infrastructure service demands.
Terremark delivers security services to support its public cloud infrastructure and offers several IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud applications to meet customer requirements for their dynamic enterprise systems.
The London data centre facility is part of Terremark’s network of nearly 50 data centres around the world designed to provide colocation and cloud technology for mission-critical applications, the company said.
