Boca Research Inc has completed its $10m acquisition of Global Village Communications modem business (NBD 04/02/98). Boca will use Global Village’s products to add ADSL to its product range and provide products for the Apple Macintosh market. Boca has paid $4m, with two further payments of $3m due at the end of the third and fourth quarters of this year.
