The Company has recently received approval from the Israeli Registrar of Companies, effective as of March 5 2001, for the change of the Company’s name to: ACS – Tech 80 Ltd., as approved by the Company’s shareholders in the general meeting dated January 28.
The Company adopted a new stock plan named the ACS Tech 80 Ltd. 2001 Stock Plan, approving the issuance of up to 300,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company or options convertible thereto.
