Etnoteam is Infobank’s first Italian partner and builds upon Infobank’s multi-channel strategy with market-leading partners around the world. The Italian B2B e-commerce market is one of the fastest growing in Europe.
Under the terms of the agreement, Etnoteam will market and support the InTrade suite throughout Italy in two ways with Etnoteam building managed, hub-based solutions using InTrade 5 around a hosted service to be managed and maintained by Etnoteam, as well as reselling the InTrade 5 product. Etnoteam will provide complete end-to-end hub-based Hosted Software Solutions for key vertical markets using the Infobank InTrade trading community and e-Procurement product suite. In addition to these services, Etnoteam will also offer systems integration services for InTrade.
Etnoteam chose to partner with Infobank based on an extensive review of the market, and exhaustive evaluation of competing vendors’ product offerings.
Alberto Cazziol, CEO of Etnoteam.com and Generale Director of Etnoteam’s E-Business and Consulting Divisions, said: We are convinced that InTrade 5 is a revolutionary and world-leading product that can offer our customers significant advantages through the creation of private and public marketplaces and the automation of their direct and indirect procurement and supply chains. InTrade is unique in its approach to the problems that we see our customers confronting such as true multi-platform support, speed of implementation, ease of integration into legacy systems and the replication of multiple trading relationships within a single system. Etnoteam will, in line with its business objectives, focus on key vertical markets, including manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, public administration and media and entertainment. The breadth and depth of the InTrade 5 functionality combined with single system multi-currency, multi-tax and multi-lingual capabilities make it the clear choice for the Italian market. Importantly, InTrade is appropriately priced for the European market, and combined with its unrivalled technical merits, we are confident that InTrade will see broad and rapid take-up in the Italian market.
In addition to a Master Licence fee, Etnoteam will pay Infobank a combination of fixed and variable fees based on marketplace take-up, as well as maintenance, support and upgrade fees.
Graham Sadd, CEO of Infobank said: We are delighted to be furthering our support for European customers throughout Italy with a partner as experienced, well-regarded, and committed as Etnoteam, long recognised as the leading provider of business solutions in Italy. Etnotream’s endorsement of InTrade 5 further underlines the strength of the Infobank proposition in the European market. We are looking forward to generating sales and revenue for Infobank and Etnoteam, and bringing the benefits of our product to customers in Italy, one of the fastest growing e-business markets in Europe.
