Amcroft will bring together the combined resources of both companies and operate on a fee and shared reward basis in the fast growing area of property outsourcing.

Amcroft, which will sit within the business solution function of Amey Technology Services, will target businesses and projects where the expertise and experience of both parent companies can be brought to bare to enhance property asset bases. It will offer a flexible and wide ranging product and will cover one-off property solutions to a long-term multi-faceted property ownership and facilities management provision.

Nicholas Hai, chief executive, Arrowcroft said: This is an exciting development for Arrowcroft and formalises a long-standing working relationship with Amey. Focusing both companies’ strengths through Amcroft will sharpen our proposition still further and will ultimately drive benefits through to our clients.

Amcroft will target the growing list of corporate and public sector companies that are looking for innovative outsourcing property solutions. The company already has six corporates and a number of PFI-style tenders in their sights.

John Robinson, managing director, Amey Technology Services added: We are delighted to have formalised the existing and long-term relationship that we have with Arrowcroft with the formation of Amcroft. The new venture has been engineered to target businesses and projects where the strengths of its parents can add value to property asset bases whatever form they take.

Clients will benefit from a single point of contact that covers all aspects of property development, facilities and estate management – and behind that point is a company equipped with the skills, experience, financial strength and extensive resources to implement the next generation of intelligent property solutions.
