The Company has over 40 staff and provides public relations, marketing services and advertising to a client list which includes AtosOrigin, Amadeus, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu, Siemens, LG Electronics, Philips and Sun Microsystems. Gunpowder has already established a strong working relationship with other Citigate businesses over recent years and will make an immediate contribution to the Group’s European operations.
In separate transactions, Incepta has also acquired MSI Strategic Communications (MSI), a communications consultancy based in Chicago, and Admaster, Inc.
