The credit union will use Digital Insight’s consumer Internet Banking and Bill Payment and Presentment, which provide online banking members with a wide array of advanced self-service features. The credit union expects to migrate its 40,000 online banking users and approximately 8,000 bill pay users onto Digital Insight’s platform from an in-house platform.

Digital Insight said that, through its system, credit union members will have access to bill payment and presentment, online statements, check imaging, and funds transfer. Direct connect and web connect, features that enable Quicken and Microsoft Money users to seamlessly interact with their personal financial management software, will also be available.

Arizona State Savings & Credit Union chief information officer Dyan Mashman said, Partnering with Digital Insight will enable us to better compete for market share with the largest financial institutions in our state since we’ll be offering members a full range of products and services via the online channel.
