Telexis, which had revenue of $2m last year, provides services to both Fiat Group and external customers. The deal follows BT’s 80m euro (95.4m) acquisition of Fiat’s Italian telecommunications subsidiary, Atlanet, which was completed in February.
BT set up an office in Brazil in 2002 and now serves 200 corporate customers.
