Sign-On Manager 4.5 will feature the ability to sign users into their applications even if those apps are protected by SecurID one-time password authentication, the company said.

If users are equipped with RSA’s newer USB-based tokens, the single sign-on software will be able to extract those passwords via the USB port, meaning users don’t have to read them off the screen.

The company has also updated the self-service features to reduce admin workload, and said it integrates with the Windows log-on, which SecurID has support for the last couple of years.
