Business coaching company Success 121 has deployed MeetingZone’s audio conferencing system to hold its mentoring programmes in a virtual environment.

MeetingZone will enable Success 121’s students attend the programmes remotely, irrespective of their location. The company has also powered its monthly pre-scheduled Telefora conference calls with MeetingZone.

John Niland, business coach and founder of Success 121, said:  “Our Telefora enables all the participants in each of our programmes, regardless of their location, to meet to discuss the specific shifts necessary to take them to the next level of their development.”

With a presence in the UK and Belgium, Success 121 offers mentoring programmes to professionals from various sectors. The company expects to hold virtual classes to its team members and organise both scheduled and ad hoc meetings using the audio conferencing system.

Success 121 wanted a system that could record its Telefora calls so that the proceedings could be listened by its customers at their convenience. It also looked for a system that provided access to its conferencing service via the same number, as well as a single PIN code for participants to dial to access a conference.

MeetingZone says that it has met all the requirements of Success 121. The system enables the user to host conference calls without pre-booking, view and control conferences online, schedule instant one-off conferences on the web, record, playback, download or stream the conferences, and send emails and SMS to manage meetings.

Zoe Yarker, responsible for client support at Success 121, said: “The ability to manage and monitor calls from the web portal has been really beneficial as we can see which of our clients logged on and how long they stayed. But a key differentiator for us was the transparency of MeetingZone’s billing system. We are able to access our account, again via the web portal, and quickly and easily monitor our costs. This is a key benefit in helping to control our operating costs.”

MeetingZone’s conferencing system is also used by the law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, National Grid, NHS Workforce Review Team, and Cattles plc among others. Its competitors in the UK audio conferencing market include Minuraconference, and InterCall Europe.
