According to the company, the new MOTO VE66 features CrystalTalk audio technology, a five-megapixel camera and MP3 player-like navigation. The device also features widgets integration.

MOTO VE66 amplifies conversations and reduces background noise with enhanced CrystalTalk technology. Further VE66 increases the audio quality with the addition of a second microphone, which helps eliminate ambient background noise from the call.

Motorola has said that the new handset captures clear images with auto focus, activate an LED flash and if necessary, stabilize the image and reduce red eye for better print quality, said Motorola. Also, the set with the FastScroll navigation wheel enables to go through menus and content with speed and accuracy. The MP3 player with USB 2.0 allows high-speed access to data and downloads on PC while the Wi-Fi connectivity makes browsing the Internet.

The company simultaneously announced the MOTODEV Widget Developer Challenge, to enable developers deliver the web without limits to mobile users.
