Nortel CallPilot Unified Messaging combines voicemail, fax and email into a single location that can be accessed from anywhere, whether over the Internet or by telephone. Nortel WLAN Security Switch 2360/2361 for wireless connectivity enables employees to work from any desk or on the move.

The new infrastructure, designed and implemented by its regional partner Baud Telecom Company, has simplified communications through one-click access to email, voice, unified messaging for staff at headquarters.
