Under the agreement, Fry will provide strategic consulting services to help guide Charlotte Russe’s online storefront at charlotterusse.com. Specifically, Fry will focus on helping Charlotte Russe improve, optimize and grow the e-commerce channel in the areas of e-commerce merchandising, inventory planning and marketing, as well as website analytics and program management.
Fry’s Consulting Services team will supplement Charlotte Russe’s online team in optimizing business functions of Charlotte Russe’s e-commerce channel, including merchandise assortment, inventory allocations, marketing analytics and overall customer experience.
