Harris is a member of the Pragmatics team selected by the Department of State (DOS) to execute the Vanguard 1.0 program. The award was made under the Hybrid Information Technology Services for State vehicle and is anticipated to be the first in a series of IT consolidation initiatives planned at the DOS.
Under the task order, Harris will provide desktop support, help desk support, knowledge management, training and asset management services. Harris said that it currently provides similar IT support services to several bureaus within the DOS.
