McLean, Virginia-based Iditarod provides services to customers in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Under the direction of its co-founder, John Repetti, Iditarod will continue to provide services to its existing customers as well as to Deloitte’s client base.
The acquisition comes seven months after Deloitte bought TI Consulting, an ERP specialist serving the intelligence community. Also this year, the consultancy giant gained full control of a 50/50 joint venture it had set up with Indian offshore outsourcing vendor Mastek.
