Onebox Receptionist and eVoice Receptionist are full-featured virtual PBX services. Click-to-call allows customers to place a call from their computer. This service is available in j2’s Receptionist product lines via their online voicemail inbox, speed dial list, address book, and voicemails.
In a similar move, conversion solutions company eStara launched Click Suite for marketers in April 2007. This solution utilizes eStara’s click-to-call technology for the voice enablement of online campaigns.
The new multimedia support enables Onebox customers to receive and listen to their voicemails from their mobile devices. This service is utilized by forwarding voicemails to a customer’s mobile device.
Onebox’s support for the mp3 audio encoding format provides customers one more option to receive and listen to their voicemail. With the support of mp3, combined with the WAV support, users can play their voice mail via MMS using any mobile device, including the iPhone.
