The JetBox 9300 acts as a communication transformer and combines router, switch and computer functions in a small box. It is an Atmel 180MHz RISC-based embedded computer with a system memory of 64MB SDRAM default (128MB optional) and carries all major interfaces, such as five Ethernet ports, two USB2.0 ports, two RS-232 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports, eight digital inputs, eight digital outputs and one SD card slot. In addition, Linux OS and network essential applications have been fitted into this network engine.

The JetBox 9300 includes a router with five ports and combines WAN and LAN. It also provides IP routing, static routes, network address translation, firewall and a demilitarized zone. In addition, the light management switch offers simple network management protocol v1/ v2c/ v3, QoS, and VLAN.

Korenix manufactures embedded computers under its JetBox series of products. These are RISC or X86 CPU-based computers with different peripheral interfaces, communication capabilities and storage expansibilities. The embedded systems provide application development tools to users for the development of their own applications.

In an effort to enhance its industrial communication products, the company launched the JetBox 8100 industrial communication computer in September 2007. JetBox 8100 is an AMD Geode LX800 500MHz-based embedded computer with a system memory of 256MB SDRAM (512MB optional).
