The National Practitioner Data Bank house data on actions taken against healthcare providers for malpractice, and the Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank keeps track of fraud and abuse in the healthcare system. Under the task order, SRA will manage the systems for four and a half years. The deal has an estimated value of $68.6m.
SRA has been supporting the NPDB since 1994 and the HIPBD since 1998.
