PSCU is owned by more than 500 credit unions throughout the US and provides a range of financial processing services to these institutions and other financial institutions. While these services originate from First Data, PCSU passes them on from its partner to its customers.
Under the contract, First Data will handle credit and debit processing, fraud prevention, card and statement production, analytics, and PIN debit access from its STAR network, the company said in a statement.
