The Market Maven has a 3×3 LCD screen that shows activity for the S&P 500, NASDAQ and the DJIA throughout the day. The Market Maven updates every 15 minutes via the Ambient Infocast Network to let anyone keep an eye of the market, automatically. It requires no set-up, internet access or subscription fee to access data.
The device works automatically on three AAA batteries. The Market Maven is magnetic and sticks to most whiteboards, filing cabinets, and refrigerators or it can be placed on a table or desk. The Market Maven also provides network time and indicates if the market is open or closed.
