Good Technology has acquired Intercasting, a mobile social networking connectivity company in the US. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Good stated that the integration of Intercasting’s Anthem technology platform would enable it to broaden its customer base beyond the smartphone market and extend its feature phone market.

Intercasting’s hosted solution includes unified messaging, device integration and an application portal to enable a true smartphone experience for the billion-plus feature phones on the market today.
