SunView Software, a provider of enterprise IT software, has unveiled version 4.0 of ChangeGear, its integrated IT service management software.
According to the company, the new release expands the enterprise feature set across all modules – service desk, change management, release management and configuration management (CMDB).
SunView said that ChangeGear 4.0 enables IT organizations to further align and adapt their IT processes, meeting the needs of their organization. IT organizations now have the ability to customize forms, workflow processes and team security to better support their IT services, the company noted.
The new version 4.0 of ChangeGear includes iCenter, Workflow Editor, Enhanced Business Policy Automation, Team Support and Security, Template Support, System View Management and Enhanced Network Discovery.
