Cincinnati Bell Inc’s Cincinnati Bell Telephone Co announced yesterday that it had reached agreement to sell its residential equipment leasing business and its PhoneCenter store business to AT&T Co on undisclosed terms. The Cincinnati phone company said it will report a 10 cents a share share gain on the asset sale in the first quarter of next year, but declared that the transaction will not have any material effect on ongoing business.
