BELLSOUTH CORP SAYS IT HAS REDUCED THE PRICE IT IS PREPARED TO PAY FOR GRAPHIC SCANNING CORP TO $5.30 A SHARE FROM $5.50

BellSouth Corp says it has reduced the price it is prepared to pay for Graphic Scanning Corp to $5.30 a share from $5.50, $172m all told from $180m, and says that there may be further adjustments to the price.
