Fremont, California-based SyQuest Technology Inc has moved into a new 87,500 square foot administrative and manufacturing facility in the township: the new centre replaces the company’s 66,000 square foot corporate and manufacturing facility on Warm Springs Boulevard in Fremont as well as a number of outlying offices and houses the company’s corporate, sales and marketing staffs, its engineering, research and development personnel, and 8,000 square feet of clean room space for production of removable disk cartridges for the SyQuest drives manufactured at a 40,000 square foot facility in Singapore.
