Chips & Technologies Inc has asked the US International Trade Commission to bar the import of chips made by OPTI Computer Inc, Sun Electronics Corp, Elite Microelectronics Inc, and ETEQ Microelectronics Inc, alleging that they all infringe patents covering memory chip sets.
