Dun & Bradstreet Corp looks to combine future product development efforts of its McCormack & Dodge unit with those of its proposed acquisition, Management Science America Inc to accelerate the availability of IBM Systems Application Architecture-compliant products and services to customers; Management Science founder and chief John Imlay is to be chairman and principal executive of the new Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, and Frank Dodge, president of McCormack & Dodge is to be vice-chairman; each will also continue in the role of president of their respective companies – and IBM also gets a seat on the four-man board of the new unit, to be filled by director of business development William Scruggs.
