Capitol Hill is becoming positively vindictive in its efforts to hound Toshiba Corp over the silent Soviet subs scandal: the House Armed Services Committee has now voted unanimously to back a bill that would ban Toshiba ghetto blasters and suchlike from the PX stores where the US soldiery does its shopping.
