Arix Corp, San Jose, California has completed its previously announced acquisition of Edgcore Technology Inc, Phoenix, Arizona, which now becomes the Edgcore Technology division fo Arix under that company’s vice-president of corporate development and general counsel, Robert Creager, who retains those posts.
