Technology Project Services Plc, the London SW supplier of contract staff for telecommunications, defence and aerospace research and development projects, has emerged from the doldrums that saw pre-tax profit for 1988 rise only 5.3%, yesterday reporting interim pre-tax profit up 50% at UKP786,000 on what was a very dull first half last year. The company says that the improvement was reflected in all parts of its business, and was achieved by organic growth both of the client base and geographically. The company looks for the first half performance to be continued for the rest of the year.
