Pansophic Systems Inc shares plunged $5.125, 33% to $10.50 after the Lisle, Illinois company said that it would be taking a big hit with its fourth quarter figures to the end of March, and expects it to wipe out the $15.7m profits accumulated over the first nine months: the company is taking one-time charges for reorganising its graphics operations and for other one-time costs in a reform of its core presentation graphics business; it is also closing its Brazilian subsidiary and going through a distributor there, saying that the government’s stringent measures to turn the economy around make direct sales channels no longer viable.
