American Software Inc, Atlanta, has unveiled DS/9370 versions of its Amsoft applications for the new IBM 9370s under DOS/VSE: the products comprise the DS/MFG manufacturing management, the DS/DRP demand forecasting, inventory planning and distribution requirements planning, the DS/COPS customer order processing, the DS/PMM purchasing and materials management – purchasing, material request, inventory control & accounting, accounts payable, request for quotation, employee expense and capital project accounting, and the DS/Financials accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed asset accounting packs.
