WNS, a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has launched a new delivery centre in Manila, The Philippines. The new centre will accommodate the company’s expansion in the region.

The company said that the new Manila delivery centre will serve range of clients in various industries including consumer products, travel and financial services, telecommunications and provides both voice and back office services.

Earlier in November 2009, the company made its entry into Latin America with the launch of a delivery centre in San Jose, Costa Rica, which serves as a nearshore centre for global clients with North American operations.
