Automatic Data Processing Inc has furthered IBM’s ambitions in the computer services arena by signing the company to provide its Brokerage Services clients with site preparation, installation, maintenance and support services, all of which were previously provided directly by the Roseland, New Jersey company. Value of the multiyear agreement to IBM was not disclosed.
