Evident Software, a provider of real-time intelligence for managing IT, has released Version 3.4 of ClearStone Live for Coherence along with customer successes in the e-commerce and government sectors.
The ClearStone Live provides real-time performance monitoring, analytics and reporting for environments such as Oracle’s WebLogic Application Grid (WAG).
According to Evident Software, the new version features visualisation capabilities known as ChronoGraphs which allow end users to compare trends across multiple time series, including comparison of live data to historical. Ad hoc visualisations can be designed by end users without any SQL or programming.
The company said that new version of ClearStone Live supports plug in custom Java code to perform customised event processing. It allows users to raise custom code or call scripts for automation, provisioning or system management integration.
The ClearStone Live for Coherence enables Oracle users to manage performance issues by combining information from disparate sources, including JMX and log data, into a form that is actionable, the company added.
Rob Minaglia, EVP of field operations at Evident Software, said: “As Oracle Coherence moves into production, more sophisticated, automated and scalable tools are required to ensure performance, optimal resource allocation, and staff productivity.”
