At the InterOp show in Paris, Alcatel NV announced an OEM agreement with Cisco Systems Inc under which it will offer Cisco products as its preferred line for router equipment, and also signed a co-development agreement that grants Alcatel the right to integrate Cisco technology directly into its products Alcatel will build in Cisco’s routing technology into its latest switches which are ready to use Asynchronous Transmission Mode.
