Xerox Corp’s Ventura Software Inc has signed new value added reseller agreements with Dell Computer Corp and AlphaGraphics Inc: under these agreements, Dell can bundle or integrate Ventura Windows desktop publishing software with its computers, and AlphaGraphics can provide a dedicated Ventura Publisher Windows publishing system; early 1992, Dell will offer ready-to-go systems pre-loaded with Ventura Publisher, and customers that purchased a Dell system bundled with Publisher 3.0, Windows Edition after July 1 1990, can obtain a free upgrade to the 4.0 when it is available; AlphaGraphics will provide the Ventura Publisher Windows system throughout quick print stores and Integration Technologies plans to integrate Ventura Publisher 4.0, Windows Edition and the colour extensions with Archetype’s InterSep, a graphics management and print server that centralises and speeds up the printing and imaging functions of Macintosh and Windows 3.0-equipped computers in a NetWare environment.
