Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Co, St Paul has come out with its first 5.25 formatted Write-Once optical disk for use on magneto optical multi-functional drives from the likes of Sony Corp and Hewlett-Packard Co: 3M says the disks are double-sided with formatted memory capacity of up to 650Mb.
